How to Opt-Out

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Costa Oil - Lancaster is completely voluntary. You may opt-out at any time. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

By opting into this SMS text messaging program you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You further warrant that you are the current subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you have provided. You agree that you will not initiate messages to the mobile phone of any other person or entity without authorization.

Further, you are responsible for notifying Costa Oil - Lancaster immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Us of a number change by emailing us at [email protected]. Failure to do so constitutes a material breach of these SMS Terms.

You agree to indemnify Costa Oil - Lancaster and our parent company, franchisor, and all of our subsidiaries or affiliates in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Us if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that We may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice. Your continued consent to receive SMS messages from Us will indicate your acceptance of any changes.

Termination of Text Messaging

We may suspend or terminate your receipt of SMS messages from Costa Oil - Lancaster if we believe you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of these text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of these text messages, with or without notice.
